My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, especially after exploring the nearby beautiful Botanic gardens. The rooms were decent, although the smoky smell was off-putting. The dining experience was excellent, and the best coffee I've ever had. However, there were several service issues, from confusion at reception to a rude wait staff. The facilities were impressive with separate saunas, a pool, and a jacuzzi.
